1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the patito binary or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you are using patito on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
patito replaces disposable micro-messages printed by supported AI command-line tools with sponsored text, and credits your account for impressions served. patito does not read, store, or transmit your prompts, code, files, or model output.
3. Earnings and Payouts
You earn a share of the revenue from impressions rendered on your device. Balances settle daily and become withdrawable once you meet the payout threshold. patito reserves the right to withhold earnings tied to fraudulent or automated activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not artificially inflate impressions, reverse-engineer the injector to defraud advertisers, or run patito in environments that violate the terms of the underlying CLI tools.
5. Termination
You may stop using patito at any time by pausing or uninstalling the binary. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
